On the first day of the journey, you will arrive in Kathmandu and check in at The Terraces Resort and Spa where you will have the opportunity to experience inner awakening and healing with a world-class spa. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at The Terraces.

Day 2 begins early with a helicopter ride to Hotel Everest View for breakfast, followed by creative free time. You will then participate in a session on “Leadership Lesson from Summiteers” led by expert mountaineers. With the background set, now the leaders will start their internal organizational sessions/ meetings and finish the day with dinner, relaxation, and stress management sessions.

The hotel offers stunning views of Mount Everest and the surrounding Himalayan mountains. It is the perfect place for those who want to experience the beauty and grandeur of the Himalayas in comfort and style. On Day 3, you will take a helicopter ride back to Kathmandu and have creative free time in the morning. Afterward, you will visit Patan Durbar Square for a heritage walk and participate in a session on learning leadership from the history of the Patan Museum. You will have lunch and the rest of the day is free for creative time. The day will end with dinner at the hotel.
